This guide is assuming that you have already setup an email account on cPanel and you have the login details on hand...
- Locate the Email Icon or Application on your phone.
- Navigate to "Email Settings"
- Choose "Add Account"
- Under "Select Account Type", select "IMAP account".

Type your Email Adress into the email box,
Type Your username into the username box,
Type Your password into the password box. -
In the "Incoming Mail Server", fill in the below:
Host Name:vh-cp01.volthosting.co.uk(old server), orvh-cp02.volthosting.co.uk(new server),ormail.yourdomain.com
Username: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Password: YOUR PASSWORD
- Type the same into the "Outgoing Mail Server".
- Select "Sign In".
- You should be done and now receiving emails on your phone. If you have any issues. Contact our support!
