# How to restore a database on cPanel using JetBackup

Here at VoltHosting, a daily backup of your whole cPanel account is automatically created on JetBackup. You can restore this at any time. This guide will cover how to restore a database.

## Getting Started

### Restoring a database backup

1. Login to [cPanel](https://vh-cp02.volthosting.co.uk:2083/)
2. Under the `Files` section, select `JetBackup 5`

3. On this page, select `Databases`

4. You'll then see a list of all backups, select the backup you wish to restore to, and click `Restore`

5. Then, click `Restore Selected Items`

6. The restore process has now been started, you can view the progress of the restore by clicking the clock icon called `Queue`

7. Once the restore has completed, the status will show as `Completed`.
