What does "Pending" mean on your service?

Sometimes, you may see “Pending” in the client area by your service. This can mean various things. If your order remains as “Pending” for over ten minutes, please consider the following:

Your invoice might not be paid. Please check your invoices, and if its "unpaid", then pay the invoice. If you believe you have paid, please get in touch with us.
If your invoice is marked as "Paid" please allow a few moments for your service to be created.
You may have ordered a service which requires manual setup. You will have been made aware if this is the case. Please wait for your service to be setup (usually within an hour of the order) and you'll receive confirmation via email once the order has been provisioned.
If you ordered a VPS, your order may have been rejected due to using an insecure password. Please allow a few moments for the system to create a new password and send it to you.
