Our Payment Methods

Debit or Credit card payment

We recommend this payment method for most people, as it supports automatic invoice payment, easy one-click payments, and ease of payment.

We support all major card types, such as:

To prevent fraud, we require that all payments are secured with 3D secure, this means that you will more than likely get a popup to approve the transaction from your bank. Don't worry though, this usually only happens for your first payment!

Cryptocurrency

We support paying with the majority of cryptocurrencies. This payment method doesn't support automatic renewal, and you'll have to make the payment manually each billing period.

Please send the exact amount of requested cryptocurrency to the address provided, taking into account any network fees.

PayPal

We support payments using PayPal, however we don't recommend this payment method, and will prefer for you to use an alternate payment method, such as card payment if possible.

Direct Debit

We support payments using Direct Debits. Direct Debits are backed by the direct debit guarantee where applicable.

We only recommend users to use this payment method when they are paying a large amount each month while having all services due on the same date. If you need help with this, please contact us for assistance.

We support taking direct debits in the following areas:

Manual Payment (Bank Transfer)

We also support manual bank transfer payments. Please make sure to send the exact amount of money (taking into account any fees from your bank) to the payment details on your invoice.

Please make sure to set the reference to the invoice number, as shown on the invoice to avoid delays in your payment.

This payment method needs to be manually verified, thus sometimes it can take a few hours for your invoice to be marked as paid. Please only send one payment, overpayments will be added to account credit.
