Connect cPanel Emails To ANDROID Device

This guide assumes that you have already setup an email account on cPanel and you have the login details on hand...


  1. Locate the Email Icon or Application on your phone.

  1. Navigate to "Email Settings"
  2. Choose "Add Account"

  1. Under "Select Account Type", select "IMAP account".

  1. Type your Email Adress into the email box,

Type Your username into the username box,

Type Your password into the password box.


  1. In the "Incoming Mail Server", fill in the below:

Host Name: vh-cp01.volthosting.co.uk (old server), or vh-cp02.volthosting.co.uk (new server),or mail.yourdomain.com

Username: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

Password: YOUR PASSWORD

PORT: 993

Please ensure that you use port 993, not 143 for the incoming mail server for security reasons!


  1. Type the same into the "Outgoing Mail Server".

  1. Select "Sign In".

  1. You should be done and now receiving emails on your phone. If you have any issues. Contact our support !
