Automatic Setup

If you wish to setup your account using the automatic setup script, then please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your email account's webmail.
2. Once logged into your webmail, click on Automatically Configure My Device.

Alternativly if you are logged into cPanel, you can click Connect Devices.

3. Then, select the device/application you wish to set it up on. In this case, its iOS for iPhone/iPad/iPod and MacOS & Mail app. Ensure you select IMAP over SSL/TLS

4. Download the profile and transfer it to your iOS device. Once transfered, open the file.

5. Now, head to your settings app, and search Profile in the search bar, and click on VPN & Device Settings

6. Under Downloaded Profiles, you will see your email account. Open this.

7. Now the profile will open. Press Install on the top right hand side of the screen.

8. When prompted, type in your phone's password, and then press Install again.

9. Now, type in your email accounts password. Then press next.

10. Once that is sucessful, press Done.

11. Congratulations! You have now installed your email account onto the mail app on your iPhone. If you go to the mail app, you will now see this mail account appear.

Manual Setup

If you wish to setup your email account manually, please follow the steps below:

1. Open Settings then navigate to: Mail > Accounts > Add Account

2. Select Other then Add Mail Account

3. In the "Name" section. You can name it whatever name you'd like.
4. In the "Email" section, you need to type in the full email address that you created before.
5. In the "Password" section, you need to type in the password you created on creation.
6. In the description box, you can type anything.

7. Press Next
8. Ensure that you have IMAP selected at the top of the page.
9. In the Incoming Mail Server, fill in the below:

Host Name: vh-cp01.volthosting.co.uk (old server), or vh-cp02.volthosting.co.uk (new server), or mail.yourdomain.com

Username: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

Password: YOUR PASSWORD

10. Type the same into the Outgoing Mail Server

11. Press "Next" then "Save"

12. You should be done and now receiving emails on your phone. If you have any issues. Contact our support !
