How to reinstall your VPS's Operating System
This guide goes over how to reinstall your Virtual Private Server (VPS)'s operating system.
WARNING: Reinstalling your operating system is a destructive action. This WILL erase all data on your VPS. Make sure you have backups before proceeding.
Head over to the VPS control panel, either via the client area, or via the VPS control website.
Once logged in, select the VPS you want to reinstall the operating system on by pressing the cog icon.
Then, select install from the navbar on the top, then select the operating system you want to install (Note, this list in the screenshot may look different for you as new operating systems are added).
Then, enter in the password you want your root or administrator account to have. Then, press Reinstall.
Follow the prompts on the screen.
Now wait for the VPS to be reinstalled. This could take between 5 and 10 minutes depending on the operating system size.
